it looks pretty decent…
& the price is not too bad.
the only thing i would worry about by buying through mail order without see it in person is that you can hear the sound quality. some tv’s sound a lot better then others. so if you know a place that stocks it, go check it out & then order it through crutchfield.
as far as HD tuners & HDMI
Rammer summed it up pretty good.
if you using cable or Dish you don’t need a tuner you will use what they give you.
but if you want to get free over the air broadcasts you’ll need either a TV with built in tuner or a HD-ready TV with external tuner (thats what i have)
& as far as HDMI & DVI…its the same but one has imbeaded audio.
you can use a DVI to HDMI converter or vis-versa & not loose any quality you just have to remember to run audio.
