i cant find the drain plug for the automatic transmission for a 1990 240 hb, need to drain fluids for when i take the engine out, know where it is? if you have pics that would help alot

Most automatic transmissions do not have a drain plug, you usually take off the oil pan to drain the fluid.
it does have a drain plug … its on the bottom ( Drivers side /rear ) of the square plate.
BTW … its like 8 litres of fluid so make sure u have a big enough container … mine started to overflow and made a mess
not all of them have it. from what i’ve seen (far more than i would have liked) it’s about half and half.
but yes, if it has it it’s where you mentioned.
