:word:
Brake boosting is mad sweet. That alone makes AWD from a stop a bazzillion times better.
I don’t want him rolling backwards into me cause he can’t stop on a hill

Launching into anything ON anything with 2 LSDs and a locking center diff > *
Launching your AWD shit and leaving 50 footers everytime… priceless.
trashing your t-case in the process… 40 bux
holla.
Same goes with teh new GTO’s. The 4speed auto is a tenth faster in the 1/4 than the 6speed man.
The best part is the AT’s don’t shock the drivetrain like a 5speed does so you pretty much have all those moving parts absorbing the shock. That way you can use stock axles without having to worry. I was going to switch to MT, but I decided to stick it out with the AT.
I love comparing apples to oranges… It makes for stimulating online coversations.
My suggestion to Gustav… go with an automatic… with that said…
I will never go back to an automatic now that I have driven standard… the computer can’t tell the future… if you know you are going to be stopping soon you can stay in a lower gear and engine brake… with the standard you feel more a part of the car and what it is doing…
I always hated my automatic because it would shift into a higher gear at inopportune times… like going up a hill… then it loses power and has to downshift again…or i would step on the gas… and it takes two days to downshift… sorry race is over!.. lather rinse repeat…
I have a manual because I personally look down on “sports cars” with automatics… just something about em… It’s like a chick with a tattoo near her vagina… doesn’t mean the girl is a slut, but kinda makes you think she is.
I would take a look at that Auto for 3900$ you posted… see if its nice… no rust, decent ride… I say go for it.
HAHAHAHAHA
OMG  best quote ever…
