is it pulsing in the pedal or the steering wheel? if its in the pedal its most likely the rear brakes if its in the st wheel its in the front …rotors are prolly warped due to bad braking or suttin hung up a little ,even new rotors are warped 99% of the time .if ya have to ask bring it to a shop and let them diag it and fix it not callin ya stupid but i do remeber ya havin trouble doin these breaks .so in your case bring to someone who knows how to do them dont do it yourself

my pedal pulses, the steering wheel is fine. i might take it to a midas or something and have them look at it
