As far as the photos go, William Stern shot them. He used to be the photog for 360forged. His usual method of processing is multiple exposures and editing the shit out of them to create a high key style image. A lot of photographers seem to be doing the desaturated, high key style now, Ive tried to replicate it a few times but its tricky to get just right.
