Alot of reasons. The factory transmissions sucked, and the way I drove it I would have went through a few. I had to have surgery without insurance, so there was no point in me making a $400/mo payment and not being able to drive for 2-3months, on top of medical payments. I would have liked to of kept it, and swapped a T56-6spd in it, but just couldnt.
