nice place… congrats

Steve Nola from Amerispec. My lawyer recommended him. Said he’s known as the deal breaker because he leaves no stone unturned. So I used him. It’s been 2.5 years and everything he said/found has been spot on.

Then my buddy used him, loved him. Same deal. Professional and accurate.
Then my in-laws used him. Same.

Thanks Fry, he is one of the number i have been referred to. Any clue on ballpark price? I hear anywhere from $200 to $800

decent chunk of land, nice area.

Sweet location.I hang out a lot around those parts…

About 8 miles north of me.

Gimme a ring when you get in and get moving… I’d like to lend a hand and check it out.

I’d get a good inspector and not get attached to the house. It looks like it needs a lot of work from the pictures. Hope it works out for you

How much he is paying will determine how good of a deal it is. That is a wet area… but the basement didn’t look that bad. The crawlspace under the addition didn’t look great, but you don’t spend a lot of time down there = )

I like the livingroom… and I have that TV:tup:.

I just hope you got some redneck in ya.

Yea, inspection in coming up and i will see how bad the additions were put on

and with 3 farms within a mile i think redneck will be fused in, in no time!

 buying houses rules…
