So I’m looking at my bank history online, because it seems like it is about 500 short. I’m looking down the list of withdrawls and at 2.30pm there is a $400 withdrawl out of ohio. I’m thinking humm wtf, last time i checked, i was at work from 6am to 6.30pm. So I go to the bank and explain to them what happened, no biggie, no fliping out yet. The tell prints out the withdrawl form, and asks if that was my sign, which it wasn’t even my name. She is like WTF? I’m like “Holy shit babe, you have huge tities”. So she goes and talks to the manager and she comes back and says I should have my money by tues, aka tomarrow. No so painful at all. Then she takes off her shirt and bounces them bad boys for me, I could olny wish. So we will see if i have my money back tomarrow…HSBC FTW if i get my money…they said they teller musta had a typo ? so far so good though!

haha yah the story kinda sucks, but i figured i’d post how they misplaced it, then worked it out nicely. I have got my money and it was pretty much hassle free. So I give a huge thumbs up for HSBC. I have been with them for years and this just encourages me to use them more. Just want to let you guys know about a good bank, that corrects their mistakes fast and without me having to go crazy. The boobies where a huge plus…hahahah HUGE
its a horrible thread when someone has a good experience with a bank that f-ed up, but its a good thread if someone is bashing on a bank.
Its good to know that some banks out there have good customer service.
