i’m down for a sushi meet. i know sushi t00 in squirell hill has all you can eat sushi on sundays. and its made fresh to order with good quality ingredients, non of that buffet sushi shit. i think it 23 bucks a person. the only problem with this all you can eat is you can’t pick the sushi that they serve you. there are differnt stages and to move to the next stage, you have to eat everything on the stage that you are on. its good if youre not afraid to eat all types of sushi.
I’m when do you want to do it
I grill about 4 days a week even in the winter. there’s a lot more to it than just throwing a slab of meat on a fire. I make my own sauces, marinades, side dishes. Some stuff on the grille take a lot of prep work.
now when it comes to baking. i truely suck. i leave the baking to the woman.
No… Kobe Japanese Steakhouse on Rodi Road. Excellent Sushi, pick what you want, all you can eat, 24.99.
I move for a sushi lunch meet! in 2 1/2 hours!
shit thats even better. do they also have kobe beef?
You all are alot braver than me with the sushi - -I tried it and couldn’t do it no sauce helped me shove that stuff down… Its supposed to be healthy for you too
Theres a place called umi in shadyside, everytime I go there I walk out with a +200 bill but the sushi is out of this world, not sure if they have a all you can eat though
I’d be all over meeting in two hours but i have a class at 1 and can’t miss it.
:dunno: I go straight for the sushi bar!
So when is the official meet?
You have to like seafood… it’s doesn’t have to be raw fish either. California rolls usually just have veggies like cucumber, carrots, etc. Shrimp are obviously cooked, and if you like that fake-ass crab they have that too.
I prefer spicy tuna rolls.
when is good for everyone? If we are doing the place in Penn Hills, then lunch time any day of the week is good, otherwise it would have to be a sunday, or monday/tuesday night…
(better make sure Mike can come too, he gets mad if I get sushi without him! )
Love seafood but for some reason the consistancy of the California rolls I couldn’t do- -
i’d come eat.
tuna >
I more a fan of the salmon than anything else, the califonia rolls are too plaing for me. sunday or monday would be good I wanna try this place
um no not today, but we can try to do it tomarrow when I get home from work if everythig is pakce dand ready.
The older guy at Kobe is cool as hell. He speaks broken english and gave me and jenn all kinds of stuff to try. That is the first place I have had surf clams and it kicked ass.
thats sushi too in shadyside if you are talking about walnut street. I order from there when I’m at work because they deliver.
I usually get the royal boat and eat that all night…
WASSSSSSSSSAAAAABI!!!
