lol, had this happen with the original. I fell asleep listening to music and awoke to a burn on the side of my face.
I guess, make sure you have good ventilation anytime your using it for extended periods of time. Even 5 mins of video will get the thing pretty damned hot in your hands
That’s the only thing I don’t like about my wife’s MB Pro. The thing gets almost burning hot when it’s using or charging the battery. If the battery’s full and it’s running on AC power it’s not so bad. Maybe I’ll take an IR temp gun home tonight and see how hot it really gets.
Who would have thought that a computer would get hot if you leave it processing with no airflow pressed up against your 98.6 degree leg, wrapped in cloth.
I never leave my dell laptop power supply plugged in when I’m not home. Even when it’s working correctly it gets uncomfortably hot when charging the extended life battery if it was real low.
I think an xbox 360 PSU did the same thing too (burned a house down due to poor ventilation). Think is was on for like 48+ hours or something retarded though
