i went to buy a tv from bestbuy.com last night, goto checkout and the thing isnt availible for delivery, so i chose store pickup.

goto robinson today after work, go to the pickup window they have no idea what im talking about. i get sent to video, wait there for 15 minutes, and they dont know what im talking about. get sent back up front, and finally some dude knows where to look.

they bring out the TV, and i go to pay. turned out i brought the wrong creditcard that i used on the site last night. WTF? so i say to the dude cancel the order, and just ring me up with this card. no dice. how about i just give you cash for the TV? no dice. i tell the dude forget about it. as im walking out the dude asks when ill be coming back to get the TV. i just kept walking.
