gin gins is meh… ok
some stuff of theirs is good
but the bottom line is they have the same underlying taste with everything.
Sometimes, if you order special things when the head cook is there, yings can pump out some mean dishes.
I still stand by good ol’ Uncle Jon’s No. 1 China
