The law has been introduced in its FIRST READING. It HAS NOT PASSED YET. And it is very likely that in its current state that it will not.

it’s about to go to committee and pass second reading and, more than likely, this bill will pass into law.

the nitrous oxide provisions haven’t gone through but you can bet your ass Klees will do his best to add that back in.
