whats the best stuff? Cars got 90k on it now and i havent changed the tranny fluid since i bought it. What would be the best stuff to put in? GM synchro mesh? I have no clue.

Redline MTL. Been in my tranny for about 4 years now, no problems.
My T56 on my LT1 Firebird requires ATF according to the GM spec. I run (road racing) Red Line D4 ATF and like it.
i think im gonna go with the penzoil. itas like 6 dollars a bottle.
I didn’t see what kind of car you have, but it depends on the tranny.
Just make sure you’re using the right one, GL3, GL4, GL5, whichever yours takes.
I know putting GL5 in a DSM tranny is bad juju because the synchros are brass, and some of the GL5 additives are corrosive to them.
