Primanti’s has really good pizza. But my vote may have to goto Beto’s.
1st choice is normally Sir Pizza in the North Hills,
for a thicker pie, Monte Cello’s has a great one called “Joe’s Special” which uses a different sauce then their others. The one on Thompson/Babcock in the North Hills does it better than the Monte Cello’s in Wexford,Shaler,Hampton… but haven’t tried the one in Cranberry. (although back in 93 I worked with Joe out of the old Cranberry location and would assume he is in the new Cranberry location)

You cant eat this pizza all the time or you will die of a heart attack, but Its best pizza you will ever eat. The grease literally covers the whole pizza with 1/2 inch deep ponds.
