Best state to move to?

I always loved Houston, TX

Houston is cool. Galveston is AWESOME. Love the ocean.

I’ve been to Galveston. It was 15 or so years ago though. It was a little too brown for me.

lmao. if you were brought up to think money has value to you it will have vallue.

money is only worth the piece of paper its printed on. or if you thnk its worth 100 its worth 100.

to a person like me its a piece of paper. i think things you need everyday are more valuable. like most natural people.

you might be able to trade money for it now but soon it wil lbe hard to find and people will not want your money just like ammo and guns

right now you can pay for your mortage with $$$$ but i hope you can buy food and water and ammo with $$$ soon.

i dont think you will be able to find those for $$$$ in future. everyday your dollar is worth less while my things are worth more. eventually it will be worthless.

i can sound like many things to you i guess. your entitled to your opnion. i do not agree with you tho. you will remember me when they take your guns or they take your food. or they devalue your dollar so much you have to pay your enitre yearts pay for your mortage. i will already be many steps ahead of you ensuring my survival and well being. meanwhile you will be sitting next to a pile of cash with nothing to buy.

then you will see money only has a value to those who think its of value. to humans money is not important. food, air, water living is important. they shouldnt have a price.

By no means do I have comprehensive knowledge of the state or all of the jobs available so I really can’t refute what you’re saying. My knowledge base comes from the Charlotte area, being the biggest city in NC by almost double the 2nd (750k compared to 415K in Raleigh and 215K in the 3rd largest) things are a bit different here than the rest of the state, and the rest of the south in general.

Charlotte def. isn’t representive of the rest of the state, likely should have added that detail into my origonal post.

Well if you really want to argue what money is…

It’s a method of payment agreed upon by 2 people to pay off debt, services, or goods.

If the US Government said, “you can only pay your taxes in Monopoly money!” Then that would be what everyone would use.

The idea of “Money” is really a joke. Technically any form of “money” is supposed to be backed by raw materials of value. “Money” is just an IOU.

Now here is where we go into the Federal Reserve is a private institution, is above the government, has never been audited, and does not actually back anything. The “US Dollar” is debt based monetary system. And the IRS is the collection arm of the Fed. Also a private institution.

You could say a fiat monetary system would be better. But then again that is just backed by IOU again and it’s up to someone else in control to print/make the amount that is in public hands.

You need a monetary system backed by actual items of real value, that is actually controlled by “the people” of a corporation/group/state/etc.

So yeah, your money isn’t really worth any more than you’re being told it is.

I want to live in Nevada. Prostitution, guns, gambling, and the desert. What else do you want?

Amen

Washington State. Based on a lot of the PNW members of another forum I’m on, guns don’t seem to be too hard to come by. I don’t think all counties do emissions inspections either. If red state really matters to you, just avoid king county (which pays the bulk of the state’s taxes anyways).

From what I can tell the education system there isn’t nearly as ass-backwards as many states in the south, so your kids won’t grow up to be dumbasses.

Also pot’s legal there now.

South Carolina. I’d recommend the area just south of Charlotte, NC.

NC is great too, but SC lacks the car inspections and is only 10 minutes from downtown Charlotte. I lived there for 4 years; would do it again. I still own a house in NC if you’re ever looking to rent.

Your own water supply.

i had to fix that

Most of the places will come out cheaper than Albany NY by a good margin.

Everywhere sucks and is awesome at the same time. Don’t like the snow, move to FL. Don’t like old people who can’t drive, move from FL to VT. Don’t like hipsters and cows, move from VT to Nebraska. Don’t like corn, move from Nebraska to Colorado. FUCK more snow, and hipsters again!

Live where you can the most things in life that make you happy, and try not to let the other shit outweigh those aspects.

KK is probably the worst person to get that advice from! lol

True story. Just the other day, I saw him beating off a pelican.

YOU SAW THAT SHIT! Nutty isnt it!!!

move to arizona if your not black or mexican.

the cars stay clean if you park in the shade, food is cheap, gas is cheap, living is cheap, girls wear skimpier clothes, mayor is awesome, mexican boarder is right there, you can ride homemade scooters on the street, its always warm, almost no rain, no snow, they have a state gun just like we have a state bird, sheriff that makes inmates wear pink and listen to barney, they have a lodge with the largest pine trees, they have the biggest indoor laser tag, medical marijuna, the sunset looks bad ass, its not humid

there are cons too. but i think i am moving there when i can afford it. i have family there now and they say its alot better. politics is old school there. true confederate state

NH doesnt seem too bad. My friend lives in Montana, that and Wyoming are two of the best states IMO. He works for an oil drilling company making bank, only downside is that its a boomtown. He was saying no matter what time of the day walmart is always packed. Something like 30,000 people living in a town that normally had 8,000

I’d love to move to WY fucking gorgeous there.
