its funny to me for a couple reasons.
1.) i have no interest personally in owning land in N.H. (south, maybe)
2.) the concept that somebody would barter land for a car
from an investment stand pointā¦it would definently fair better then any replacement vehicle, but as far as a āDealā itās valued at an equal trade.
Just like somebody offering you to trade something you donāt want, but having the arguement āBut theyāre worth the same amount of money!?ā
Offer me a deal for land valued at $60K+ and i would consider it.
The area is actually pretty nice from what iāve heard/read. Iām just not interesting in owning a forest right now.

Definatly nice land out there. I lived in NH for 17 years and it can be sparse in spots. That is not bad for 11 acres depending on exactly where it is. When I was looking into buying a house I was thinking of NH, but the land was so expensive and the taxes where up there too.
