lol @ sherwood. sounds like something from periodic drama.
I don’t see why it is so funny? I’d fly out and check it out if he was serious, and I was interested.
Area looks to be some nice country land. Have to check out what the land is going for out there.
Beware of wetlands, back taxes and/or easements or right-of-ways.
Also beware of plans for future dumpsites nearby. lol
Haha, my grandparents have some undeveloped land in NH… its sooooo nice everywhere out there (if thats your cup of tea).

its funny to me for a couple reasons.
1.) i have no interest personally in owning land in N.H. (south, maybe)
2.) the concept that somebody would barter land for a car
from an investment stand point…it would definently fair better then any replacement vehicle, but as far as a “Deal” it’s valued at an equal trade.
Just like somebody offering you to trade something you don’t want, but having the arguement “But they’re worth the same amount of money!?”
Offer me a deal for land valued at $60K+ and i would consider it.
The area is actually pretty nice from what i’ve heard/read. I’m just not interesting in owning a forest right now.

Actually a pretty cool offer if you are selling a car and not needing the cash.
They buy something that loses value, you get something that gains value.

Idk… based on his quote, it wasn’t like he was pushing it on you… just kinda throwing it out there. His ideology was probably “the worst you could say is no.” I see nothing wrong here.

its wooded
thats what bulldozers and lumber companies are for :mamoru: i’m sure the nurburgring was wooded once too
edit: i didn’t see your edit.
1/2 road 1/2 rally course ftw???
hmm…road coarse. I like. Maybe with an offroading coarse in the middle?
I don’t think it’s a “BAD” offer…i just think it’s funny, great, and a little bit untraditional.

Definatly nice land out there. I lived in NH for 17 years and it can be sparse in spots. That is not bad for 11 acres depending on exactly where it is. When I was looking into buying a house I was thinking of NH, but the land was so expensive and the taxes where up there too.
u can have lesbian flag girls on ur road course!
