beware of onderground-design

just a heads up about these guys , i bought a wide body kit from these guys
they wanted me to py up front ( usually with buisness to buisness you pay when product shows up) so i send off a cert cheque and wait for the product, it gets here and the box is not dented but when i pull out the one fneder its all smashed up. so i call them and tell them they say to take pics of the damage and theyll get he $$ from the shipping company,so this is ok . so now i install the fenders and they are the same as the stock so i call and pretty much get " well thats what you ordered nobody make a stock size aftermarket fender, and im wrong". this is after i have 10 different ppl look at the stock fneder on one side and the new one on the other side .

so i guess what im saying is i prepaid for a broken stock vented fender (should be 30mm wider fender ) and didnt get what i ordered. so thats my veting for the day

be carefull when dealing with these guys

damn that sucks, they sponsor some of the better Canadian drivers in DM and are looking to go big this coming year…

maybe they just dont know how much of a big shot you are… i’ll fill them in.

im just trying to get my point across about the fenders, but they dont seem to really care.
let me know what they say bing

I don’t think it should matter whether someone is a “big shot” or not. If you aren’t a “big shot” - like most consumers - you should still be entitled to fair treatment.

every single customer should be of top priority if they want to succeed as a business!

i must be doing something wrong because no one seems to catch the tone of my posts… obviously i was joking about farmer being a big-shot since he is quite obviously a homo.

jeez justin, this is at least twice this week you got me like that.

and fyi, not all people deserve to be treated the same apparently because everyone wants special treatment from my experience. its the ones that dont expect it and dont ask for it that end up getting it.

being asked for special treatment is annoying.

this is a pic of the fender

ZOMG, farmer learned how to post pictures… Now he has officially beat the internet.

wow that’s gay shit, always use cc for online if you can, at least you can force them to rectify or risk a chargeback+penalty

I have a love/hate for chargebacks. The first time someone charged back a payment they made to me and I got screwed large from it, I tested it myself and screwed a subscription site online myself just to test it.

I chose a subscription (online magazine that I’m not going to name) site just because I knew it wouldn’t cost them anything more than a few pennies of someones time to deal with. They did NOTHING wrong, I filed a chargeback and was refunded in-full after only about a week, 5 minutes on the phone with Visa and $0.03 in long distance fees to send a quick fax authorizing the chargeback.

Sorry that this is a bit off-topic, but I just thought everyone could use a little life lesson  If someone demands a payment with no buyer protection, it’s probably because they are afraid of the buyer protection for one reason or another. Even in B2B I always use a credit card, even if I’m forced to pay the extra 1.5-2.5% to cover their costs of processing the payment it’s more than worth it now that I know how easy I can take my money back if I’m even the smallest bit dissatisfied.

The world is a messed up place :x

likewise if you have terms you can withhold payment until the wrangling is done, doesn’t work too well unless you are in driving distance to bitch them out though

def. not a 30mm overfender. i have a set of 30mm vented overfenders in my garage right now and they stick out from the oem bodyline much much further.

thats shit luck bud.

best of luck with this whole thing. sucks that these guys won’t rectify their mistake.
