im looking to get a scooter just for cruising around town/work blah blah and i was wondering what is the biggest size engine i can have that i can drive legally without a license?

i think anything over 50.5cc you would need to get one … you can get the 49.5 cc one from pepboys or the place on french in cheektowaga they are a fun time
isnt it a bit late in the season to buy one of these?
