ummm sureshot…i dunno where you get your info from…but check it again…the Daddy longleg is quite poisonous, but cant puncture your skin. The Brown Recluse on the other hand CAN! its the second deadliest spyder in the united states (second to the black widow). I have a friend that lived in florida for a few years…you can tell him that the pit in his left leg mid thigh is from “injesting” a spyder. The venom from the Brown Recluse desalves flesh, it totally breaks down the cells. There was a woman that lives by me that got bit, almost lost her ENTIRE arm! their bad little mother fuckers.

The daddy longlegs CAN bite through your skin, and it isn’t very poisionous… If you watch mythbusters you would know that.

its not so much the bed, they are just attracted to your bodies warmth

no matter where you sleep they are still gonna breed and lay eggs near you or in the parts of your body that are exposed… while you are motionless. the more movement you have in your sleep, the less likely they are to stay near you

Seriously. My fiance used to live off Elmwood in a 100 year old house and the pedes were everywhere. One night I saw one attach a cricket and kill it. The next night one attacked a spider. It was ridiculous. Nice apartment other than that.
