Why spend money on mods for a beater? Save your money until you have something respectable to spend your money on. If you are going to spend money on it for the hell of it at least do mods that help the car. Things like new bushings, or a tune up would be better served then a CAI and Exhaust.

Don’t forget subframe spacers, high pressure power steering line. I’m trying to think what else is typical with needing to be replaced on them.
