This is just a shot in the dark, but my rear quarters are going, anf i dont want to spend a shit load of money to get a body man to weld in metl, and do all the work, wtc. So my question is:
Is is a good idea to fibre glass the rear quarters and fill them in, or will the fibre glass not hold?
This is just an alternative I thought up since I can fibreglass myself.
You could us JB weld and put in metal panels. It’s a super strong epoxy I used it to fill in the burned through spots when I welded in my rear quarter panels.
The car at Pick and Pill looked like it had decent quarters. When I fixed my car up I went out and cut metal off of a wrecked car, cleaned it up and welded it in. Worked like a charm.
