A good basic “stack” is a multi, creatine, and protein. Now a multi is good for anyone to take for obvious reasons. The creatine is dirt cheap, I have almost a year supply for $24 and the protein you can get cheap as well…$20 can last you 2-3 months…so I say the bang for your buck is really good considering how much they can help you progress.
