I don’t give a fuck what you do for your workouts and how big and strong you are. I lift to keep myself healthy, and adding supplements is not part of that.

I wonder why the actual doctors and pharmacists I have talked to all said these supplements aren’t all that good for you, but all of the muscleheads say the are perfectly safe. :dunno:
