Stock block = stock headgasket, heads, cams, rods, headstuds, etc… Like stock?
I am on of the first cars in the world with Snow Performance Stage III kit. I did quite a bit of QA testing for them.

I have the snow performance stage 2 MAF boost cooler kit and its a pain in the ass to hook up…cant get it to work correctly.
What’s wrong with it? Does it spray properly? Or is a matter of tuning?
nope…didnt even get far enough to drilling/tapping my intake manifold to mount everything…
I cant get the pump to operate properly…I have this kit…

Im having trouble making the pump engage when my rpms increase and shut off when they decrease…It either stays on, and wont shut off unless I turn down the start voltage, or it wont turn on at all if i keep the start voltage down and revv up the car…it reads off my MAF mghz.
Would it work better on the TPS? or even better would be to run it from the MAP sensor.
Mine works off a boost source. Not TPS based.
yah…i guess napa sells a switch called the Hobbs switch that is boost referenced…Im gonna use that for my methanol and make my kit boost referenced also.
Consider upgrading to Stage III instead. It comes with a Hobbs switch.
Boost based seems like the way to go. If you could set it to come on when ever your over x psi that would be sweet.
No need tobuyawhole new full kit…all I need is the switch…I have the tank and pump mounted in my trunk.
Right. You could swap the old with the new that has changed. Pump is still good.
swap with the new?? what do u mean. im just gonna intsall the switch…hook it up to the boost source and power source and run it to the pump…set it to engage at 10psi and start tuning and call it a day…
Not sure how else to explain it. There’s a new kit that’s an upgrade to your kit. It has very nice functionality including an upgraded spray algorithm. There are parts common to both kits. You might want to consider it.
I’d rather keep it plain and simple…run the Hobbs switch to my pump and call it a day…less things to hook up and less mechanical failure in the future.
Update…changed a few things today…including leaning out my car a TON…my stutter went completly away. I just went and did about 4-5 WOT runs and it pulls nice in every gear…still gotta let off for the tranny to shift tho lol
edit your sig it looks way better with the black intercooler :nod
I posted up a updated sig… im not sure he likes it yet
im just gonna keep the one I have right now…honest truth, I like the intercooler silver in pics lol
stupid ricer
Hah at calling a domestic a ricer. I don’t think I’ve ever heard that done before.
