Good luck on the build matt. Cant wait to see it done :giggedy

200 shot ftw :nod

Thanks everyone for the offers!!! I’ll need all the help I can get!

good luck with traction with the spray :runaway

Yeah i have a hard time with traction spraying at like 50-60mph…not to mention the DA’s are horrible for traction.

I won’t need it.

You have regular tires. Put DR’s on it. How is a DA bad for traction? They come stock with traction bars.

My buddy has a B18c1 in his '92 DA and it spins like my car does with the K Series in it.

The factory cross member is far from a traction bar.

Glad to see erics shell going to good use

That looks like one clean shell. Nice little project. Good Luck with it.

How is it far from a traction bar. They hook up identical just use urethane bushings instead of it being solid.

The bushings allow for a lot of unwanted movement and twisting in the LCA’s, and its really a big pain when dealing with installing an aftermarket header. I have to buy an aftermarket traction bar just to fit mine… but you don’t have to worry about that because your engine is going in backwards :nana. If I were you I would still strongly suggest getting some kind of traction bar… Full Race makes a really nice one, Z10 has one, and Innovative just came out with one that is getting good reviews.

I would kinda rather put extremely stiff bushings in it instead of getting something else. On my EG they just didn’t feel too good when hitting shit and turning the wheel completely.

Should I put these wheels

Or these wheels on the DA

and the fat fives are hand polished… not the stock look

Most black wheels will prolly look good on this DA

Go with the gsr fat fives :giggedy

when you get this out matt, we need to do a photo shoot (me you and brian and who ever else has a DA) hell even 3rd gens are welcome!!

I’m gonna put both wheels on side by side. The fat fives pictured don’t look anywhere near as good as the one’s I would be getting. They are polished and clean as hell with nicer tires.
