This…I can’t tell if that’s a bat or not. I know if I was hit like that with a baseball bat I’d probably be down for the count…in fact I was hit in the back with a baseball bat…fuckin hurt.

Because it’s not self defense when you have already driven past, escaping the threat, then proceed to get out of your car and go back at the threat. That wouldn’t even pass Texas’s test for justification.

True, but if they had started beating on his car and threatening him (beginning of the video) and he rolled down the window and shot one of them, I could totally see self defense. May not be the best scenario, but if 6-7 asshats started trying to bust in my windows and climbing on my car…we’ll see what happens.
