Brake Upgrade

hey everyone, planning on a brake upgrade, at the moment, my 1990 s13, bone stock, non abs, is in bad condition, the rears are ok but the front brakes are gone, metal to metal, bad calipers and bad rotos, now i was just wondering what i would need to do exactly if i wanted to upgrade to a better braking system. There is this s14 braking system selling at the moment i was thinking about with rotors, pads and calipers and would i only have to re-drill the rotors to attach them to my s13? Thanks.

P.S. anyone noe lyk general prices for a brake upgrade system?

ive got a q45 big brake kit for the fronts

if your 5 lug, its 100% bolt on, and these are wayyyyy bigger then stock

same size rotors as z32, dul piston calipers, hawk hp pads

pm me if your interested

price is super cheap

q45 kit was a nissan factory upgrade. and a good one at that. the z32
is supposed to be better,

do some research. how much money you got and what kind of driving do you
do?

peace

Buy Good Pads, Good rotors, good fluid and bleed it well.

Unless you are planning to track it, there is no need for anything bigger.

BTW, I have R32 brakes all around, Awesome, but can get very pricey.
I could have bought an S13 for that price.

Q45 has a 280mm x 22mm rotor meaning the Altima/180sx Rotor is exactly the same but in 4 lug vs 5 lug so even if your not 5 lug, just buy Altima rotors instead of re-drilling the Q45 5 lug rotors.

jeff i think your wrong

theyre the same size, the q45 rotor is just 4mm thinner

z32 rotors specs - 11 inchs, 32 mm wide, 12.5lbs
q45 rotor specs - 11 inches, 28mm wide, 12.5 lbs

according to this, theyre almost identical rotors

jeff, keep in mind, i have a 180sx, and with this rotor up against mine, there definately not the same size
im not saying the altima is the same or not, because i dont know altima specs
