This def taste better and comes in wayy more flavors than the natural brand. My body is just sensitive to artificial sweeteners and my doctor told me to switch back to it. It sucks because literally every pre workout in the world and 99 percent of proteins are artificially sweetened.

I mix my vanilla protein with a cup of liquid egg whites. SO MUCH MANLINESS UGHHHH. And you only taste the vanilla so it’s nice lol. The eggs have better useable protein than the whey but they are a little more expensive. Otherwise I’d just use the eggs. I get 4 gallons of eggs at a time and its about 110shipped

I wouldn’t argue the benefits. What I would argue is the fact that I may have to shit my pants mid workout.

honestly i hear the argument of hot drinks helping the spike in metabolism but some days out here the last thing i want is a piping hot beverage before i go sweat. so to answer your question while there may be some difference i personally let the weather and how im feeling dictate hot or cold coffee…HOWEVER for the past 5 years or so i certainly turned into an old man and prefer black coffee over most beverages.

although i have heard from friends who smoke that if they are drinking coffee and having a cig, its like an instant laxative.
