Apparently these douches were stealing copper wire… 13,000 volts is what I read, there was no story/news report to go along with these.

Science is amazing. I find myself awestruck by the sheer power of manmade electricity., in higher voltages. I want you to picture this. A battery hooked up to a pickle. What happens? It glows and burns. Pretty cool shit when you were a kid right? Now picture a man grabbing a 13K volt wire and completing the circuit by being grounded at night? Imagine the glow before he melted…Would have been intense. Now picture this; having you window open on a warm summers night and all you can smell is burning flesh. That’s exactly the agony someone went through…not cool.
