for real…we cant find the 40…and the out of bounds rule has to change…5 bounces later it goes out and its a buffalo penalty

I had no idea that rule applied on a “punt” after a safety.

Its also pretty lame that the reciever has an opportunity to field it and lets it go and its still a penalty.
