Did they roll the windows down or were they broken?
Southtowns Scanner (follow them on FB) confirmed the car was stolen. Thief dropped it there overnight, left all the windows down. By the time the police were notified and verified it was stolen we were already getting the 60+ wind gusts with waves spraying the car and it was unsafe for a tow company to go after it.

Thief already a piece of shit….. but has to prove it by rolling down the windows.
