Picked up a 5.3 GM motor plan on setting it up for boost I don’t know what its going in yet I assume I will swap it into a fox body.
Throwing in head studs, cam, valve springs, and LS7 lifters.
Someone decided to paint the heads and half ass paint the motor before I got it so im removing all the paint from the heads, cleaning the block then painting and priming the block.
The current plan is acquire all the engine, turbo, fuel system, transmission parts before finding a roller.
Because im not slow like you’re build and many others it was built, painted, tuned over about a year or so of calendar time once everything was worked out I decided I didn’t want a “race car” for a fun car dumped exhaust, solid mounts, and huge cam wasn’t for me anymore.
So I sold it
Now I have a Corvette so I feel a lot better about building something more track oriented since I can still jump in the vette and enjoy cruising, car shows, or whatever
All of the above comments is why I wasn’t going to post anything.

I’m following what most people do head studs, some kind of boost cam, dual valve springs, lifters.
If Drew sells his turbo I will pick that up or something slightly smaller.
Just wanted something to do in my spare time that wasn’t computer related so I started this
I think it’s cool what you’re doing, but yeah my build is super slow. But with the weather how it is there’s no point in rushing it, body work takes forever when you do it yourself.
