“Never send your parts to UTAH” … ? What’s the story behind that?

How much to do all 4 of my 15 inch rims for my truck?

I hear mixed information about powder coating Aluminum Cast wheels and creating internal stresses in the material leading to failures? Any truth to that? Are there certain wheel you would NOT coat due to this problem? Can your coatings hold up on Winter wheels that see salt (ie, pitting)?

Some coaters CRANK THE HEAT up and can screw up wheels (700+) this will do the damage you’re talking about. If you don’t act afool with the oven, 375-400 (avg temp for coating) won’t alter the metal’s state. Is this law? no. Am I a metallurgist? double no.

That Ultra black chrome, the same as Bonded Black Chrome? I love that color. Did my cabby wheels in it.

This kid sent them to unknown coatings/vincere/shawn/whatever the hell he wants to call himself and stole his parts. He had to buy all the parts again to have me coat them. I lol’d had when I opened the box but knew there was a bad story behind it. He is notorious for stealing parts.

Luke that’s not correct. People have been coating every type of wheel for over 30 years and many even from the factory. I will coat any wheel and be just as confident in their strength the day they come in as the day they come out.

Ultra black chrome/clear (mandatory) would be $330 for the set of 4.

Its not the same as bbc. Bbc requires a chrome base whereas ultra black chrome is the base but requires clear. UBC is from NIC
