Iam going to be picking up my new car from PA im from NY is there any special thing i have to do because it’s a out of state car? is it the same just sign over the titles?
I dont know what the law is for PA but I know some states you need to get the title notarized. PA might be one of those states.

PA state title must be notarized. To do that, you go to a notary. Usually you can find a notary at a bank or the town/city office/court building.
the SELLER MUST NOTARIZE. a friend just had to send the title back on his truck to get notarized. PA truck. my EVO was from Ohio the dealer did all that stuff but I did have to pay taxes here that sucked
In Ohio the notaries are right in the DMV offices. You get to stand in two long ass lines instead of one if you need temp tags!
