on another note, this game was a huge disappointment… Graphics are sub-par, game play is meh at best, and the rc car being a 3 kill reward sucks… should be 5 like the predator was. The only thing that is kind of cool is that you pick what attachments you want and which guns and either have to play a shitload to get cash or be wise with your points. Going to try the campaign later and hopefully that is decent.
Such mixed reviews. I was holding out to hear if it was good or not. Any modern warfare is guaranteed to be solid, but anything else has been a miss as of yet. Overall this is sounding like a miss as well. I’ll stick to MW2 it sounds like it.
I can easily say this game is the biggest disappointment of any game I’ve ever bought. Way too hyped for what it actually is.
Admittedly, I pretty much got bored of the previous MW game and had little intention of buying this one. But when I got a gift card for my birthday it convinced me otherwise. I should of just held on to it.
I jumped straight into multiplayer and that was a major fail on my part. I got overwhelmed right off the bat with an 0-25 streak. I know I’m not great at the game but how encouraging is it to basically start off as a low-level noob and get creamed like that?!
So I did what I should’ve in the first place and went to campaign mode. The story so far has been pretty dull and not really keeping my interest. I’m hoping something exciting is coming but I certainly won’t hold my breath. I would need 4 hands to count on my fingers how many severe glitches I’ve seen in campaign. It was so rushed that its pathetic. I’ve gotten stuck and launched from the level too many times. One part I was in the back of a Jeep, forced to use a new weapon, and upon running out of ammo literally just stuck there. I couldn’t get out, I couldn’t die (tried alot), and no way to replenish ammo or even figure out my objective in the first place. When I had to restart the whole level (wouldn’t let me go from last checkpoint??!?!) that is where I quit and said F this game.
I am going to leave it for a few days and hopefully playing with a fresh perspective sheds this harsh, negative opinion I have.
My gripe…if I have to play another round of fucking Nuketown I’m going to punch a baby, it’s soo boring. I don’t like how you can vote the previous map over and over again.
I never bought any of the Call of Duty’s for the reason of the storyline, hell I own every COD and never played the campaign. The whole reason *you should buy this game is for multiplayer, it truthfully is in a field of its own. (Unless we kick it back to counter strike days) I really don’t understand the whole getting owned concept (maybe because I pown on a daily basis), but I also understand if you play “CORE” your going to get smacked right off the bat. You need to level so you can get the better guns, perks etc. before you can start reaping the benefits. Once you start getting comfortable with the maps and procedures of the game its like crack for anyone who plays fp’s.
I don’t consider myself a “gamer” but I do okay. Maybe it’s because I play with my younger brother, who is quite good I’ll admit. What gets me mad are these 10 year olds who make it a mission to try to piss you off online (much like on here lol). I just mute them all.

i havent played the campaign on any of them lol. im in it for multiplayer. i actually did better than i thought i was going to considering i havent played since may. i just do not like the game. ill give it a couple more tires but i doubt i will like it.
Ugh, nothing worse than when you have a 10-year old with a soprano voice screaming shit you can’t understand with his mic at full volume. Then the other kid that calls him a faggot and they go back and forth.
ive leveled up to level 22 sofar and its been as fun as taking medicine. It has gotten better a little bit but maybe its just cause im finaly unlocking decent guns.
I have both games and so far I like MW2 a slight bit better. I am not a gamer like I use to be but from what I done so far in both COD:BO falls short! My brother feels the like COD:BO is better, but he misses quick snip/scope.
