No your pretty much on the money, he does need SFCs though.
Sounds like the main thing that will prevent Drew from running the number he wants is clutch control/slipping on launch. It’s kind of nerve racking since most people send as little time on the clutch as possible during normal driving to prolong the component life. To cut a good launch you have to spend a lot of time at the track to find out where you need to rev it to start and how much you have to slip it/feather it. Which can be hard on the clutch and it sounds like he will be in need of one if he wants to do that since he stated he already has a slippage issue when he sprays 150 in some cases.
as far as my clutch goes, I just laid into it in 4th gear for a test run. When it hit 3300rpms the nitrous kicked in and I think it was too much of a load for the clutch sense I was in such a high gear that it just blew through it. Not sure but I did 7 nitrous pulls after that and the clutch didnt have a single hiccup. Clutch still feels the same now.
