this is what you gota do.

show up in court, and look in the police room. if you see your cop in thereā€¦ leave.

if you DO NOT stay and wait ā€¦

you have 2 chances to reschudule the ticket. after that it is $40 a reschuduleā€¦

i have 2 tickets in Buffalo,that i just pled guilty and now have a revoked licence forā€¦

so if you dont want the points do what i just told you.

I just went through this. You are guilty or not guilty. There is no plea bargaining and you can only be charged with the original offense(s).

Nobody got out the day I wsa there. These guys take detailed notes and you are screwed.

Dr Dos if you show up and leave before the hearing on the court date your license is automatically suspended for failure to appear. Thatā€™s a bad idea.

you get a notice saying you missed this court date and have this amount of time before your licence is suspended. Trust me ive been trough this shit a bunch of timesā€¦
