One of my friends wants to go to canada tonight, more specifically the casino. her license is expired, and she is concerned that they wont let her into the casino/back into the country because of this. Can anyone say fo sho whether or not an expired license will cause problems? I assumed not because its still a form of ID and ill be driving…

How expired is it? I went after mine just expired and he asked about it, I told him NYS moves too slow. He laughed, and I lost a lot of money.

eh thats not to bad. I would try it. If they say no, there are some other things you can do up there without worrying about an expired ID.
Have her bring other forms to, so they don’t think its a fake.
what other forms are acceptable? School ID?
i work security at the seneca casino and u can bring an expired license only if u have the interm paper one saying ur waiting for your new one from the dmv otherwise u can not be let in casino… as for crossing boarder back to us i would assume the same applies

if shes not driving shes good if it suspended for a dui shes fucked. ive gone with violator and drdos in the same car without beign denied access. i think they both had suspended licenses at the time . dont get mad if iam wrong
