Car sits too high on 235/45/17's

I lowered my car on Sportlines and was really happy with the drop when I still had my stock 16’s with 225/50’s on them.

But now that I have 17’s I have 235/45’s in the rear and it’s sitting like a muscle car, and the wheel gap looks like it’s increased a little bit.

Would switching to a 225/45 in the rear make a noticable difference? Or maybe a 235/40?

I will get pics up as soon as I can to show you what I mean…

Switching to a 45 would definitly make a difference. Maybe an 1" or closer to the fender.

235 45 17 is less than 3% larger circumference than stock wheels for an
S13, S14 are not much bigger.

Its a visual thing, you see the wheel filling up a bit more of the wheel well
and it looks jacked altough its really not.
