I’ve been on 3 different balconies. Typically, they are seperated on each side with a divider. You can hear other people talking but you can’t see anyone else.
If they aren’t going to leave the room much, then the destination is most important and not the ship. To me, honestly, the ship makes a big difference but then of course, we aren’t in the room.
