My friend Benny is hoping to make this months show. I got an email from his mom and I guess the Duchenne MD support group set up a gathering for the kids and it turned into a joy ride afternoon for most of them! Hell, I’ve never even sat in a Ferrari let alone taken a ride!
His mom told me something I didn’t know. I knew Enzo had a son, but not how he passed:
"Enzo Ferrari had a son named Dino that died of Duchenne when he was 24. He named a car after him and there was one Ferrari Dino at this event, a '72. "
