And that quote could not be more true. The DA could not PROVE that she killed the child, as evidence has shown. At that point, it’s just speculation. I know I wouldn’t feel comfortable deciding on whether or not someone gets sent to jail for a lifetime unless substantial evidence was provided and there was no doubt that the crime was committed.
Don’t blame her for being free from jail, blame the DA.
