And that quote could not be more true. The DA could not PROVE that she killed the child, as evidence has shown. At that point, it’s just speculation. I know I wouldn’t feel comfortable deciding on whether or not someone gets sent to jail for a lifetime unless substantial evidence was provided and there was no doubt that the crime was committed.
Don’t blame her for being free from jail, blame the DA.

The whole justice system is fucked. Has been forever. She should have been convicted of child neglect at the minimum. People who associate with murderers get life sentences for knowing of it and not saying anything or seeing it happen or part of the crime and keeping quiet. You also see people that kidnap,torture,rape and hurt an individual and because for some reason they had a bad day and plead insanity and because they decided to shove a wiffle ball bat in someones ass then beat em in the head with it that condones their insanity plea and they spend 3 years in a looney bin and thats it. I know of a woman who was pre meditated stabbed on the chest with a 10 inch butcher knife on a rural country road and was left to die, she was dead when the emt’s found her and died 3 more times after being revived then going out again and then finally hung on. That person now has to suffer for the rest of their life and the man who did it to her tried to plead insanity because when he was 5 years old he injested anti greeze and at thay minute it came back and affected him and he didnt know what he was doing 23 years later. That story didnt work so then metal retardation plea came up and after intentionally trying to fail an IQ pass they locked him up. No life sentence for attempted pre meditated murder, 26 years in prison which isnt enough for a senseless act as such. Just shows how people get away with ruthless shit all the time such as the casey anythony case which everyone knows no one snuck in and stole the kid, the family one way or another is responcible for her death. They are forever fucked.

thats a load of shit… unless the judge and EVERY jury member says “fuckkkk no this is 100% the wrong person” mother fucker is guilty. Too fucking bad if they are the slim chance and arnt really the person who did it. Statistically, mathematically and ethically more people on the stand are guilty of what they are accused of than not… yet our constitution says the opposite. All goes back to what I have been saying blend in with the sheep and your chances of being put on trial are almost ZERO (unless you are set up, or just have shit piss luck and kinda look like it could be you).
furthermore, WTF is the judges job anyways? Try to remember some rules of a court and read a piece of paper at the end? REMOVE THE JURY. Pay the judge more, protect him from society more, what ever. Make them the single choice. If they take their job seriously, and that person is a just person, but the defendants balls in his hand and man up. Way to many IMMORAL loopholes letting over payed, scumbag lawyers allow law breakers to skate through. infact I bet if you couldnt afford a “good” lawyer, got setup for a crime you didnt commit, and the prosecuting attorney had a lot of pull and was a snake, you would be FUCKED. I agree 100%. Even if the childs death was accidental she should’ve been slapped with a guilty verdict on the child neglect charge. Honestly I don’t know what the jury was thinking. Obviously the defense team did their job and obscured the truth to a point where the jury didn’t know what was real.
