Sure they can. But look at the shit SHE put out there, the media just dug it up and made it public. If you are saying the media faked all that shit to shit on her case, then I would see her with the same lawyer suing the shit out of anyone they think might be behind that.

i’m not sticking up for her, nor am i saying she isn’t a scumbag, all i’m saying is the prosecution had an awful case and couldn’t prove she murdered her daughter but the media can go out and say she did without having proof. being a scumbag doesn’t make you guilty of murder. and the media manipulates cases all the time and only provides you with the facts that they are going to sell the most copies and get the most visits.
The media is way too quick to burn people at the stake, perfect examples are the Duke Lacrosse case and the more recent IMF Chief Rape case. The media presumes guilt before innocence because people love the gossip, they eat it up and spread it around because they cannot or will not think for themselves.
The Anthony Case was doomed from the outset. Way too much media attention and way too much pressure on the Prosecution to bring home a guilty verdict. The defense team threw everything but the kitchen sink into the case and it worked while the prosecution simply did not have enough evidence to warrant a murder 1 guilty charge.
Do I think it’s fucked up? Yes of course but this is the system we’ve adopted and a jury of her peers acted on the evidence they were presented with.

I’m sorry, I don’t give a fuck about people grieving in different ways etc. The shit they showed that she was doing during the time she was missing is proof enough for me to see she was just another unfit young parent who couldent take not being able to go out with their friends, do beer bongs get obliterated and swallow up every cock in sight.

THIS. When they read ‘not guilty’ for the child neglect charge I couldn’t even believe it. Even though there was not enough evidence to convict murder…the child died and she obviously wasn’t caring for the child the way she should be. So who takes the actual blame for what happned? All we are left with from this case is questions.

No being a scumbag doesnt make you guilty, from a law standpoint. But guilty of being a hindrance to society, it sure does. You didnt drown in the pool when you were little, because your parents werent dumb trash. Accidents happen, fuck yeah they do, and god help me I hope I dont have an accident that could get misconstrued to the point of jail time. But i will act like I am in front of my grandmother with just about everything I do, to lessen those chances.

It is absolutely disgusting and the same media who wanted to see her burn will now be tripping over themselves to get the “Exclusive Casey Anthony Interview” where she tells her side of the story. It makes me sick to think that she may profit off of this tragedy.
and this is why we need more covert radical groups of people. Start strategically plucking off key people that bring down the society. All these big CEO’s firing thousands of people, yet collecting millions in bonus’ for “outstanding performance”. All the scum lawyers bending the system over to win cases for liers, and money grubbers. All the politicians breaking laws left and right, just to get ahead. All the heavy hitters making shady deals and further fucking our people into debit.

The jury made the right decision based on the evidence (or lack thereof). You can’t just convict someone because you THINK they did it or because they are creepy and wear ugly ruffled shirts to court.
