u can buy those in TO, forget the name of the shop, but its around 300 i think.
Or u can buy the glass which is used in residential buildings to control sunlight into a house. Not sure price. But its just a flip of the switch.
Also if u have a transponder there is a little trick that u can do to, that will let you travel the full length of the 407 for around 6 dollars i believe.
