A catch can set up is going to the the safest and best set up for a turbo honda
about 2 quarts a day
is that bad?
orrrr you can just run a hose onto the grond.
Before the compressor.
What good is a catch can with a breather? There is no vacuum to pull the oil vapor to the catch can.
looks like your motor needs some help…
Yes this is how most stock cars are setup but for a turbo Honda no matter how you build it the thing gets some serious crankcase pressure
I dident say to use a breather, it would make it useless as it wouldent create a vacum in which case you should just put a breather on the valve cover to begin with
Theres still vacum if you plumb between the Compressor/intake so that way you dont cake up the turbz
The only time the motor has blowby and crankcase pressure is when your on it So durrin this there is no vaccum. You would be feedin boost directly into the motor :rofl
Ahh, yeah i dident catch myself on that :facepalm
It’s all good
ZOMG let’s blow off the valve cover while were at it when i hit mad Barz yo!
rofl:rofl
Ah well if there is that much pressure you dont need a vac source :lol
If only my brain had a catch can right now :ponder
This benidryl owns me
rofl:rofl
So …
Catch can vs. Dumping
…
I changed my mind, buy 3ft rubber hose and dump it
Catch can…
Its cheap to do, go on ebay… or if you want go buy a legit one for 50 bucks
Up to you… either way catch it
I agreed, but dump it through a whistle. If there is that much pressure it will make cool sounds :lmao
Cost depends on how legit you wanna do it, I spend almost 200 bucks on the lines and fittings! Not even including the can lol
