That may not always be true, my last employer i had about 15 choices, with my current company i have a few hundred.

but they’re probably all funds that won’t get you very far. You can’t pick stocks or play options and have very limited control. Switching to another job means you have to change your entire strategy with the new 401K. Your IRA would remain consistent regardless of work.
True and i also just started my way to doing about the same thing you do to help build my credit. I like Howies transfers for 0% as well lol. Its all about MANAGING your credit.
OHHHH NOOOES formulals1 is in here now and might get mad im sharing knowledge again. Am i qualified to share info here or should i stop? hahahahahahahah(kisses/extra homo)
My CC is a little under 9k right now, but i used a cash advance for a good part of my new jeep in May. On top of that most of my car mods from this year and everything for my jeep was on there at one point or another. I have a stupid low interest rate, so the way i look at it is my CC is basically my loan for the jeep… oh well

Don’t most cash advances have a different APR? I’m sure you already did, but might want to check on that.

yeah, I was gonna say the same thing.
my intrest rate is something like 9%… but once when a good friend was in town (military) we were going to hit the canadian ballet. I was pretty broke at the moment and checked into getting a cash advance and they wanted like 32% interest or something crazy like that

nope, my cash advance is the same as credit. They’re actually " convenience checks" I get a little booklet of checks that i can use and they are the same interest as swiping plastic. I wrote myself a check for $XXXX and cashed it at my bank, went back the next day and took out my money, paid for the jeep
i have 1000 dollars debt right now. i owe it to my mom. although they have not payed a dime of anything she took over managing my money and now all my bills are payed on time and i even have a nice amount of cash in my bank account.

 seems scary to still have parents manage your money, but if you want to save - they will save it for you and you will appreciate it in the long run.

How about that bike loan you had for that short time that your mom paid off so you could sell it. Or the 1200 in clothes your mom paid off for you a while ago when I was over the one time :rx3:
