Ya ebay the parts. Lots of people sell broken phones and just take out what you are looking for and swap it.

yeah, no shit… i always said people who hit phones with lawn mowers and snowblowers are fggts and there i was wandering around in my front yard with another phone calling mine and found a blue glowing mass in the snow… so yeah, i deserve that.
