Where do you see those speeds at? From websites or peer2peer sharing?
just to give you an idea
verizons highest fios package at the moment is actually twice that, 30mb down
those are right at the advertised speeds so hopefully anyone who upgrades isn’t using an older computer that could barely handle xp
